With more than 25 years of private practice experience as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, I’ve had the privilege of working with a vast cross-section of the community of all ages along with school-age athletes, weekend warriors and high-level sportspeople. While I enjoy treating all areas of the body I have a special interest in lumbopelvic, hip and thoracic problems.
I’m deeply passionate about improving my patients’ quality of life. I believe the key to achieving this is through a thorough and holistic approach that combines careful listening, accurate diagnosis, and tailored treatment plans. My goal is not just to relieve your symptoms, but to equip you with the knowledge and strategies you need for lasting results.
I collaborate closely with local GPs, sports physicians, and orthopaedic and neurosurgeons to ensure a multidisciplinary approach when needed, so you always receive the best possible care.
